Career
1980 Ralf Isselhorst started his apprenticeship as professional rider at the stable of  Dr. Reiner Klimke
1982 2 years later he passed his exam.
1983 Soon he started his career as trainer abroad when he was asked to some clinics in Canada.
Success up to Intermediare I, rider on the Instruction films of Dr. Reiner Klimke
1985

He passed his Master of Riding with the German award "Stensbeckplakette ".
Success also in jumping classes

1986

Presentation of his first self trained Grand Prix horse with success in the Grand-Prix sport

1988

Two years later he was awarded the golden rider’s medal (Goldenes Reitabzeichen).
A climax in Ralf Isselhorst’s career was to be the official trainer of the Korean Dressage team at the Olympic Games in Seoul.
With the help of Ralf Isselhorst the Korean rider Shu Jung Kyun and his horse “PasCal” got surprisingly the 10th place in the Dressage Finale after only two years of training.

1989-1995

R.I. became an S-level judge and trainer for junior and young riders in Westfalia.
His students participated successfully at the German and European Championships and his horses succeeded in Grand-Prix.
He trained Sonja (junior) and Marc Fiege (young rider) for nine years.
Marc as well as Sonja became European Champions.

1996 He gave further clinics in the USA, in Canada, Australia and Luxemburg.
1998 After 18 years of work with Dr. Reiner Klimke, Ralf Isselhorst decided to set up for himself
at the facility of the Riding Club Greven.
2002 Several clinics in Toronto, Boston, Houston and Florida
2003 Moving to Facility of Riding Club Appelhülsen
Delegate of Westfalian Profession Riders.
Trainer of the stud "Buschhaus" Competitor of the final on the "Bundeschampionat" with the breeding stallion "Wesselton River Blue"
2004

Judge for Grand Prix competition
Expert and Evaluator for horses and horse sport.

2005 Different  clinics for profession riders (S- and Grand Prix level and also training from young horses up to M-class)
organized by the Trade Organisation for professional riders in Germany
2006 Seminar Leader “The classical dressage” with practical part and following open discussion.
Trainer for the dressage stable” Hof am Eifgen” from Elke and Wolfgang Schmitz Heinen
Manager and trainer for Korean riders Kim Seon Dong with his horse Plesure, and Shu Jung Kyun with Caleostro.
They won the team Final at the Asian games in Doha 2006.
Ambassador for the organisation Xenophon
2007 National trainer of the Australian Dressage Equipe.
2008 Ralf Isselhorst founded a new company: EGI Equi Global Invest
